In celebration of Great British Game Week, Holland and Holland Head Chef, Joshua Hunter worked with three celebrated chefs to produce a twelve course tasting banquet following a morning of incredible simulated game shooting. Guests enjoyed a vast array of different game from venison tartare to confit mallard and glazed grouse faggot all paired with the most exquisite wines. The day was rounded off with a charity auction in aid of The Country Food Trust, which was hosted by renowned restaurant critic and author, William Sitwell.
