Clarification on TV and Film Exemption Section 12(1): An exemption from the need for a certificate for certain people involved in theatre and cinema productions. The cinema element includes film making, and the advice published by the Home Office confirms this extends to television productions, this applies to my part in the production of firearms-related documentary programs for television, which are then broadcast online.
